A: You can try contacting us as soon as possible, and we might be able to catch your item before it leaves our facility, but there is a pretty quick turn-around time between when your order is placed and when we ship your item. Depending on the shipping carrier used, we may be able to re-route your order to a new address if it has already shipped. If your package cannot be intercepted, it will be automatically returned to our facility. The customer is responsible for financing the return and new shipment of orders, so to avoid additional costs – please make sure your shipping address is correct when you place your order!! It will make you happy, and it will make us happy!

A: While lint can be inconvenient, it is perfectly normal for high quality towels to produce a lot of lint the first few times you wash them. The lint comes from all the extra fiber used in the weaving process when we manufacture our towels. But here are some tips for washing your new towels!

  • Wash your new towels on their own the first few times, to avoid getting lint on the rest of your clean laundry
  • Avoid using fabric softener and dryer sheets, as they coat the fibers and make them stick together, actually keeping lint in your towel to be released later on
  • To speed up the process, add a half cup of white vinegar to your rinse cycle to help remove any lint build up

A: First of all, make sure you are ordering using the link to our website that was provided with your discount coupon. Second, if your coupon was only valid for one item, then you should only have one item in your cart – extra items in your cart will be considered

A: This all depends on two things: the shipping method used, and where your order is being shipped. Most of our orders are shipped through FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost. FedEx Ground takes 5-7 days and is delivered by a FedEx home delivery driver. FedEx SmartPost is delivered by your regular US Postal Service mail carrier and can take 7-10 days to arrive. All of our orders are shipped right from our warehouse in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. Orders on the East Coast may arrive in only a few days, while those going to the West Coast, Hawaii or Alaska will take longer. If you have a special shipping request, feel free to contact our customer service department at (201)933-0300 for a special shipping method, for an additional fee.
